Nishith, with a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development (MHROD) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, is a seasoned professional in the field of HR consulting. He currently leads a growing advisory practice at SHRM India, where his focus is on enabling clients to achieve their business goals through improved alignment of people practices. With expertise in areas such as organization design, talent management, competency framework design, and assessment/development centers, Nishith spearheads client consulting mandates for the entire practice. He is backed by a skilled HR consulting team and leverages SHRM's extensive organizational knowledge and experience of nearly 70 years.

Additionally, Nishith serves as the spokesperson for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) on knowledge-related matters in India, representing the society's views on various HR and employment issues in the national media.

Prior to his role at SHRM, he gained valuable experience working with renowned organizations such as the Bharti Group, PwC, ECS, and Aon Hewitt. Nishith's expertise and contributions make him a valuable asset in driving successful business growth through effective HR strategies and execution.
