Yes. You control exactly who receives the survey in Step 4 (Audience) of the survey creation wizard.
You have three ways to define your audience:
By Segments
Filter by Department, City, Gender, or Onboarding status. This is the fastest option if you want to target a group based on existing employee data.
By Email
Enter specific email addresses manually. Useful for smaller, targeted groups.
By CSV Upload
Upload a CSV file with employee email addresses. This works well for large groups or custom lists that don’t align with a single department or segment filter.
You can also exclude specific groups from receiving the survey. So if you’re running a survey for the entire company but want to leave out one department, you can do that here too.
Once you’ve set your audience, click Next to move on to the Email Invitation step.
