You have full control over which questions go into each survey. Nothing is included by default. You add what you want and leave out what you don’t.
During survey creation
In Step 1 (Build Your Survey), browse the Question Bank and select only the questions relevant to this survey. If a question doesn’t apply, simply don’t add it.
From Configuration
You can also manage questions outside of survey creation. Go to Configuration in the left navigation and open the Question Bank. From there you can enable or disable individual questions for your account. Disabled questions won’t appear as options when building any future survey.
How many questions per round?
We recommend 3 to 5 questions per survey round. Too many questions at once leads to survey fatigue and lower response rates. Spreading questions across multiple rounds keeps things manageable for employees and gives you more consistent data over time.
