Attrition in the tech industry has almost become a constant conversation. Companies are hiring aggressively, yet they're also losing talent just as quickly. And while market demand is definitely one part of the story, many HR leaders are beginning to realize that the real reasons behind attrition might be much deeper.

Hassan Trad is a dynamic Human Resources and Talent Management leader with over 17 years of international experience across financial services, insurance, reinsurance, investments, and telecommunications. As Head of Talent Management at Finance House, he leads initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, develop future leaders, and drive high-performance cultures.

He specializes in translating business strategy into practical people solutions through leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and learning transformation.

Hassan is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), and a Certified Fellow of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI). In addition to his corporate role, he serves as a Guest Lecturer and Judge for the CIPD Middle East People Awards, contributing to the advancement of HR practices and the development of future HR leaders across the region.
