He specializes in translating business strategy into practical people solutions through leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and learning transformation.

Hassan is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), and a Certified Fellow of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI). In addition to his corporate role, he serves as a Guest Lecturer and Judge for the CIPD Middle East People Awards, contributing to the advancement of HR practices and the development of future HR leaders across the region.
