Methodology
In this research report, we investigate leaders from various industries. We also try finding effective strategies in employee engagement in the hybrid work culture. A quantitative methodological approach is used for this research. We collected the primary data for this report through online surveys. The responses are collected from 253 industry leaders from various global industries. Secondary data was collected from company websites, available online resources, and online news portals. This report considers the input of the many designations, such as HR, Directors, VPs, CEOs, CTO’s, Team Leaders, Managers, and so on.
Key Findings
The new trend of hybrid working pushed corporations in 2022 to use digital tools to maintain a unified culture and keep employees engaged in the new structure.
