She holds a Business Administration degree, an HR Management Diploma, CIPD certification and is a certified Co-Active Coaching. Currently, Aline serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for AVEVA in the Middle East & Africa, where she partners with market leaders to drive organizational development, strategic HR, change management and employee engagement programs.

Throughout her career, Aline has led transformative HR strategies that enhance organizational performance and foster employee engagement, enriching her expertise in leadership and relationship systems. These experiences fuel her passion for leadership development and personal growth.
