Following Covid-19, there have been substantial shifts in talent trends in the US, referred to as the Great Resignation. Hence, Vantage Circle conducted a special survey of SMBs in the US to understand how they are adapting their HR strategies in response to the Great Resignation. We received around 460 responses from HR professionals working in SMBs across various industries and sectors.
