Which platforms is the app available on?
iOS via the Apple App Store, Android via Google Play, and inside Microsoft Teams via Microsoft AppSource - so it works alongside a web login too, not instead of one.
Do I need a separate account?
No. Sign in with the same Vantage Circle credentials your organization already set up on the web. Frontline employees issued a physical recognition card can scan it from the app to link their account instead of a standard login.
What can I actually do from the app?
Give and receive recognition, browse and redeem the reward catalogue, track your points, and catch birthdays, work anniversaries, and leaderboard updates as they happen.
How will I know when something happens?
Through in-app push notifications, email, or WhatsApp alerts - whichever your organization has switched on.
