Lead end-to-end platform implementations for new clients: kickoff, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live
Manage employee data onboarding: validate HRIS files, map fields, resolve data errors, and set up recurring data feeds
Set up and test API-based integrations: configure endpoints and authentication, make API calls (using tools like Postman) to fetch and validate data, read JSON responses, and troubleshoot failed calls or mismatched results
Configure the platform to each client's program design: recognition programs, award and badge catalogs, budgets, approval workflows, service milestones, and branding
Coordinate HRIS and SSO integrations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra, Okta) with client IT teams and our Engineering team
Partner with the Customer Success Manager to track milestones, and flag risks early
Run User Acceptance Testing with clients and drive issues to closure
