A personalised digital keepsake filled with heartfelt messages and memories from the colleagues who worked alongside the retiree. Colleagues receive gentle reminders to contribute their thoughts, and the book is assembled automatically — no coordination needed from your team.

The retiree receives their Retirement Book 7 days before their last day, accessible directly through their email or the Vantage Circle platform under Milestones.

The Retirement Gift Catalog

A curated gift catalog, customised by your HR team, that activates 28 days before the retiree's last day. The retiree browses and chooses something that genuinely means something to them. No matter where they are in the world, their gift finds its way to them.

Reminder emails go out automatically if they haven't redeemed yet. If someone misses the redemption window entirely, your team is notified with a report, so nothing slips through.
