Profile Badge Report

The Profile Badge Report View is a new enhancement introduced in the Admin Dashboard that enables admins to easily access, analyse, and manage Profile Badge data for employees who have earned badges in the current calendar quarter.

This enhancement provides a more flexible and detailed reporting experience by helping admins track badge achievements, analyse recognition trends, and export badge-related data for further analysis.

The report displays employees who earned Profile Badges in the current calendar quarter based on calculations from the previous quarter. Admins can also customize the report view, apply badge-specific filters, and download reports in multiple formats for easier sharing and reporting.

What's New?

Calendar Quarterly Report Access

Admins can now access a dedicated Profile Badge Report section that displays all employees who have earned Profile Badges during the current calendar quarter.

The report is generated based on badge eligibility calculations from the previous quarter, ensuring accurate quarterly badge tracking and visibility.

This enhancement helps admins quickly identify:

• Employees who earned Profile Badges
• Quarterly recognition performance
• Badge distribution trends across the organization

Filter by Profile Badge Type

Admins can now filter the report based on specific Profile Badge categories. This allows targeted analysis by helping admins focus only on selected badge types or recognition categories for better visibility and insights.

Customizable Report Columns

Admins can now personalize the Profile Badge Report by adding or removing columns based on their reporting preferences.

Available report fields include:

• Employee Name
• Email
• Department
• Profile Badge
• Date

This flexibility enables cleaner reporting views and more focused analysis.

CSV & Excel Download Support

The Profile Badge Report can now be downloaded in multiple formats for easier sharing and offline analysis.
